Sassy Jac Collaboration

This collection was created in collaboration with Sassy Jac especially for Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week. Maternal mental health problems can occur before, during and after pregnancy.  Difficulty conceiving, pregnancy loss, a difficult birth or just the overwhelming experience of having a baby can trigger maternal mental health issues. The can range from complicated grief to postpartum psychosis or postpartum depression, and much more. 
 The theme of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week is "Journeys to Recovery" and these cards and print are our contribution to empowering a woman's community to reach out, and offer her a path, and some company, on her journey to recovery.
