This will be suitable for anyone returning to work after a loss in pregnancy or shortly after and for managers, colleagues and anyone who is interested in learning how to approach and deal with pregnancy loss and the work place with compassion and empathy.
We will work through the current legal rights in Ireland, and those that are due to come in. Helpful suggestions for helping an employee settling back in to work who is returning after a loss in pregnancy as a manager. How to support a colleague in returning to work and we will have opportunities to ask questions at the end.
